I bought Claire's Gem Squash at my local grocer. The Gem Squash were on display with a leaflet explaining the health benefits of the vegetable and mentioned they are a terrific baby food. For this reason I bought two and prepared them for my 8 month old who absolutely LOVED them. I've since bought several gem squash making more for my daughter but also using the recipe's on Claire's website, I've cooked some terrific dishes for my husband also. The gem squash stuffed with pancetta and mushrooms is lovely!

My husband and I were so excited to discover Claire's gem squash because most of the other gems we have bought in Australia do not compare to these little gems! I grew up with gem squash and Claire's gems are the first squash that I have found in Australia that compares to my grandfather's squash from the farm in South Africa. I can't recommend Claire's gems highly enough!
